Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products) and underwear.
Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Any refunds made will be returned via original method of payment including gift card payments or store credit.
If an item is purchased through a store credit, please note it will not be eligible for a return.
Please note we do not operate on public holidays, so all returns will be processed the following working day.
Cancellation Policy
Order Cancellations
We understand that circumstances may change, and you might need to cancel an order. We are happy to accommodate cancellations within certain timeframes.

Cancellations within 6 Hours: You can cancel your order free of charge if you notify us within 6 hours of placing the order.

Cancellations after 6 Hours: Unfortunately, cancellations are not possible after 6 hours due to our order processing procedures. In some cases, orders may already be shipped or in the process of fulfillment by the time a cancellation request is received.
How to Cancel Your Order:
To cancel your order within the 6-hour window, please contact us as soon as possible by replying to your order confirmation email or emailing us directly at info@ariellaandayana.com
If your cancellation request falls outside the 6 -hour window:
- We recommend you accept the order and consider returning the unopened and unused items for a full refund (refer to our Return Policy for details).

RETURNS POLICY
Returns can be requested within 14 days from the date your items was received.

All original tags must be attached and not removed.

Please do not return your item(s) to the address on your package , that is not the return address. Please wait for return instructions on where to return your items(s) Otherwise no refund will be given!
Swimsuits, underwear, Jewelry and bodysuits are not eligible for return due to the nature of these items.
Please be aware customer is responsible for the shipping costs of any eligible items due to be returned.
- Pack the items securely in their original packaging, if possible.
- For your protection, we recommend using a tracked or insured shipping method. This way, you'll have a record of the return shipment. Please include a note with your name and order number inside the package.
All sale items are not eligible for return.
Accessories are not eligible for return.
Returns received later than 18 days will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
Depending on the service and country you’re returning your items from, it can usually take up to 20 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) to be delivered and processed by our returns team.
In a rare case, should you receive a damaged item. You MUST notify customer service within 24 hours of receiving the order or you will NOT qualify for a refund.
